• Admit cards will be distributed on Saturday 23rd April 2022.
• Students should come according to the regular school timing i.e. at 7:40 am.
• Students have to bring a passport size photograph for the Bonafide Certificate.
• Following is the schedule of activities for students on 23/04/2022 :

An orientation on the subjects available at plus two level at Chaitanya and the available career options thereafter, is organized for the parents of outgoing Class 10 (2021-22) students.

The details are as under:

• Day and Date : Saturday, 9th April 2022.
• Time : 9:00 to 10:30 am
• Venue : Hall 2 in the clusters at Lekawada Campus

All the parents are requested to attend the same to update themselves for the better future of their wards.

Please note that the school is working on Second Saturday, 9th April 2022.it is mandatory for all the students of classes 6 to 10 and 12 to attend the school on this day. The school timing for students on Saturday will be from 7:40 to 10:30 am

This is also to inform you that the school will remain closed from Thursday, 14th April to Sunday, 17th April 2022 and will resume on Monday, 18th April 2022.

Please note that the session break for classes 9 to 12 starts from Monday, 28th March 2022. The students will resume school on Monday, 4th April 2022.

Only those students from classes 11 and 12 who need to practice for farewell day programme will come to school on 28th and 29th March 2022.

Farewell for class 12 is scheduled on Wednesday, 30th March 2022.

This is to inform you that under the banner of Green Chaitanya Project, Chaitanya School is organising an educational trip for the students of classes 3 to 8 to a farm near Rajput IAS and Career Academy, Lekawada.

During the field trip, students will observe and understand the process of Vermicompost. This is to make students sensitive and motivate them to move in the direction to Save Environment.

Chaitanya students and staff are already working on Green Project by bringing Kitchen waste from home to make a compost for their own school campus. This field trip will give them more insight on the subject and motivate them to participate more actively.

The details of the field trip are as under :

• Day and Date – Saturday, 5th February 2022
• Time : During School hours (8:00 am to 12:30 pm)

Please note :

• The students will be accompanied by their Class Teachers.
• Students must come in Sports uniform.
• Students must bring their tiffin and water bottle.
• Students must wear mask bring sanitizer.
• Students of classes 3 to 5 will take part in the fun activities at school after the field trip (till 12:30 pm)
• Students of classes 6 to 8 must bring books as per their Saturday timetable. After the trip they will have regular classes till 12:30 pm
