Smt. Shubha Koshy is an international educator with over 30 years of experience in schools across India, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong. A functional linguist with an M.Ed. in Staff Development for School Improvement from the University of Nottingham, she has specialised in language and literacy, bilingual and multilingual education, and student wellbeing.
She has designed academic literacy programmes, developed inclusive learning pathways, and supported internationally mobile students in adapting to diverse school systems. Her thought leadership includes work in curriculum innovation, concept-based planning, and embedding social-emotional learning and global citizenship in education.
At Chaitanya, she advises on curriculum design, inclusivity, and student wellbeing, ensuring that the school benefits from global best practices while remaining rooted in its local context. Outside of professional work, she enjoys reading and continues to explore questions of cultural identity and wellbeing in education.
