ADMISSION DETAILS
- No written test for admissions, but the child must be present with the parents at the time of admission.
- Please note that at Chaitanya the teaching of written Hindi begins in Junior KG.
- Prospectus and admission forms are available at the school office.
- At the time of admission the following certificates / documents must be submitted along with the hard copy of the Admission Form :

FEES
- The fee structure at Chaitanya is reasonable and affordable with No DONATIONS. Quality education is the best investment for your child’s future.
- Fee is payable in 4 instalments in the months of APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER AND JANUARY of the Academic Session.
- For classes X and XII the 3rd and 4th instalments of the fee will be collected together in October.
- Fee should be paid between 1st and 10th of the above mentioned months between 8:30 and 11:00 am on working days.
- After the due date a Late Fee as per rules is payable.
- The student who has not paid the fee for a month after the due date would be deemed to have left school and his / her name will be struck off the register. RE-ADMISSION FEE will be payable thereafter.
- Fee will be accepted ONLY by cheque in favour of CHAITANYA SCHOOL.
- Parents are requested to submit a CTS cheque with complete and correct details. The school will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrect details in the cheque. Each bounced cheque (due to any reason) will attract an additional payment as fine along with the Late Fee applicable and the payment will be accepted ONLY THROUGH A DEMAND DRAFT (D.D.)
- Please write the STUDENT’S NAME, CLASS, SECTION and PARENTS’ TEL. NO. behind the cheque.
- The fee at Chaitanya School is levied as per the norms fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) Department of Education Government Of Gujarat.
BOOKS AND STATIONERY
Classes Pre-Primary to XII :
Prescribed NCERT text books to be purchased. Details available at the School Office. Books must be covered and labeled and brought to the school as instructed by the Class Teacher or according to the Timetable. Parents are requested to supervise this activity personally, and with care. We wish to minimize the load of books the child has to carry every day. Parents may note that home study is required every day.
SCHOOL UNIFORMS AND I-CARDS
- School Uniform : The school uniform will be worn by all students in the KG section and classes I to XII.
- Information regarding the prescribed uniform-sets is available at the School Office.
- The USID of the student MUST be indicated inside the shoes, raincoat and school uniform (shirts and shorts / pants / tunics / Jackets / caps)
- The student must carry the I-card to school every day
