Shri Amitabh Teaotia is an entrepreneur and design professional with a strong background in history and culture. He holds an M.A. in Medieval and Modern Indian History from the University of Lucknow, having earlier studied at La Martiniere College, Lucknow and St. Joseph’s College, Nainital.

Since 2008, he has led Amitabh Teaotia Designs, Gandhinagar, where his work in landscape and spatial design combines functionality with cultural and aesthetic sensitivity. His expertise in design thinking and creative problem-solving makes him a valuable contributor to the Trust’s work in planning and campus development.

At Chaitanya, he advises on institutional design, cultural identity, and long-term planning, ensuring that the school’s physical and cultural environment reflects its ethos of holistic learning. Outside of professional work, he and his wife are patrons of the Padma Motwani Library, and he is an avid reader and food enthusiast with a lifelong love for culinary traditions.
