Mrs. Swati R. Matta is an accomplished educator and school leader with over two decades of experience, including nine years as Principal of Chaitanya School, Gandhinagar. She holds an M.Sc. in Zoology (Gujarat University) and a B.Ed. (Annamalai University), and is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in School Leadership and Management from IGNOU.

Under her stewardship, Chaitanya has strengthened its academic framework, expanded its CBSE affiliation, and established systems for teacher development and institutional efficiency. She has also served as a CBSE Centre Superintendent and Inspection Committee Member, reflecting her experience in academic governance and compliance.

Her leadership style combines rigour with empathy, ensuring that every child’s learning journey is holistic and values-driven. Outside of professional work, she enjoys reading, exploring new ideas in pedagogy, and spending time in nature.
