The annual extravaganza of Chaitanya School Gandhinagar,
Chaitanyotsav 2015 celebrated on 18th & 19th December
2015. At the school¡rot Amphitheatre, the theme,
conceptualized by Director Ms Elizabeth Koshy, was
meticulously planned and show-cased by rolex submariner replica the students and

on 18th and 19th December by students from Nursery to
Senior Secondary. Sowing the seeds of future Event
Management, all students participated either onstage or
back-stage, with emphasis on meticulous planning and
attention to detail.
18th & 19th December witnessed the evolving face of
tradition and culture as the theme was presented in
different genres show-casing the importance of
Cleanliness, triumph of Good over Evil in Samudra
Manthan, and ofcourse Namami Gange and the importance of
conserving our precious water resources, including the
Narmada. Ganga was personified in all items to touch the
hearts of audiences. Dance, drama, mime and comedy were
effectively used to convey the theme running through
both evenings with the students.

Smt Asha Pandian, Director ⥭dhara Shishu Vihar?
Gandhinagar as the Chief Guest on the 18th . Smt
Elizabeth Koshy Director Chaitanya School, Treasurer
Shri Ravi Gopalan , Dr Indira Nityanandam and other
trustees and advisors were also present .
The various programmes were based on the theme of வ
Swachh Chaitanya?and ᭵dra Manthan? An adaptation
of the Prime Ministers Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan was
On the 19th Chaitanya utilized its platform to create
awareness on Namami Gange. The Director Ms Elizabeth
Koshy exhorted the audience to cooperate with the
Government in its efforts to ensure a pollution free
environment for the coming generations. She quoted
Abraham Lincoln, saying that 襠philosophy of the
school room in one generation will be the philosophy of
the government in the next?
The Chief Guest Mr. Pavan Bakeri, eminent industrialist
and educationist, other distinguished guests and parents
were welcomed by Director Chaitanya School, Ms Elizabeth
Koshy. Unique costumes were designed in-house using non-
woven fabric signifying Chaitanya८couraging attitude
to Reduce, Recycle and Reuse. A Plinth designed by the
students depicted Ganga from source to sea.

Chaitanyotsav showcased the school७phasis on Indian
culture and traditions. Creative finesse depicted the
journey of Ganga from heaven to earth in its pristine
state and its plight today through different genres.

The event culminated with students taking a pledge of
keeping the nation clean. The efforts put in by the
teachers and the students was commendable and applauded
by one and all.
The Sree Vidya Niketan Trust (SVNT) which manages
Chaitanya School believes in giving back to Society and
wishes to inculcate this philosophy in the students.
